Any faulty or damaged stock received within 24 days will be replaced at no charge upon presentation of the goods and receipt. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Valve Records, will be replaced at no charge to the customer with a full refund of initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 24 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.
